MINISTRY POST VACANT

Padre Gerrit Gerlach, the 'other denominations' clergyman at Waiouru left last month with his wife for Perth where both families originally came from. They had lived in Waiouru for about 2 years. Gerrit will continue in the Ministry on his return to Perth but it won't be with the army. No appointment has yet been made to replace an 'other denominations' minister in Waiouru and neither has a replacement been found for the former Catholic minister. As a result Father Bernie Vella of Ohakune travels to Waiouru to spend two days a week there.
