MASON SOCRED
Concern for small and medium businesses in rural towns is shown in Social Credit Party policy, The candidate for King Country, Mr Derek Mason said that the need to encourage expansion of the operations of the business sector in rural towns made it important to release the policy in this area now while it was a matter of public interest. "One area of frustration for the business community has been the bureaucracy covering existing schemes that has resulted in uncertainty in the economy for long term planning of a business operation," Mr Mason said. "The major consideration to any business proposition to the operator is that the result of his decision will mean that he can be assured of meeting his costs and be left with a return that will enable him, after paying tax, to finance some part of his future returns out of income rather than borrowing."
