Local squash player qualifies as coach

Nancy Parata of Raetihi has qualified as a professional squash coach ... she received her certificate, badge and tracksuit two weeks ago from Messrs Bill Pye and Ian McRae of Palmerston North. To qualify Nancy Parata had to attend 14 coaching schools for squash coaches

in various parts of New Zealand. She must nowcharge a fee for her coaching sessions but because of her enthusiasm for the game and teaching children she will continue to conduct coaching sessions for children between 1 .00 — 3.00pm every Sunday afternoon at the Raetihi Squash Club.
