Grand Finale to 'Cool Clay Week'

Finale to Cool Clay Week On Wednesday 11 July 6.30pm in the National Park School, the grand finale to the recent 'cool clay week' project, promises to be a real winner. The children will exhibit their many pieces and perhaps, even take offers on a few. They will demonstrate their skills on the potters wheel and remove their fired pieces from a sawdust kiln. A video taken of the children during 'cool clay week' will screen throughout the evening and senior pupils will organise two five cent mystery raffles. In the school library, two stewards will serve wine for

a minimal charge and a variety of cheese will be available. The evening will conclude at 9.00pm with a special supper for the children. The guest list includes many local dignitaries.
