Top selling pupils in National Park
Saies of plastic cups, pens and foodwrap by the children of National Park school concluded at the end of the first term. The saies programme grossed $1617.10 of which $471.45 was retained as the school's profit. This was recently presented to the Pool Heating Committee by two of the organisers of the saies programme Ben Tidswell and Kerry Jefferies. The profit will qualify for a $2 for $1 subsidy towards the new heated, covered pool. Calculator prizes Were presented to the top sellers; Miss Lorena Murcott (66 packets), Masters Shaun Taituma and Michael Buckland (26 packets each). Pens For saies of 12 or more packets were presented to Lorena Murcott (5), Michael Buckland (2), Shaun Tai-
tuma (2), Kari Buckland (2), Kasimir Watson (1), Kelda Macrae (1), Ben Tidswell (1), Robbie Bowring (1), Tim Pardy (1) and Jason Taituma (1). For sellers of 20 or more packets the following children will have their names entered in the draw for a trip for two to Disneyland. Lorena Murcott , 3 chances, Michael Buckland, Shaun Taituma, Kelda Macrae, Kari Buckland and Robbie Bowring. All of these prizes are presented by the promoting company. While the above children received recognition for their saies efforts special mention must be made of all the children who took part and who sold as many packets as they could.
