The Planning Tribunal is due to hear a number of Appeals when they sit in Ohakune on Wednesday 30 May. The Appeals will be heard in the Ohakune Borough Council Chambers startingat 10.00am. The following appeals are listed: • B.A. Wilde versus Ohakune Borough Council. • Ohakune Shopping Centre and Reynolds Motors (Ohakune) Ltd versus Ohakune Borough Council. • B.A. Wilde and Others versus Ohakune Borough Council. • Alex Harvey Industries Ltd and Others versus Ohakune Borough Council. • Ohakune Borough Council versus New Zealand Railways.

• P.J. Jackson (Hobbit Motorlodge Ltd) versus Ohakune Borough Council. This last listed appeal (Hobbit Motorlodge versus Ohakune Borough Council) is due to be heard at 1 1.00am. Residents and ratepayers
