Ruapehu College appoints prefects for 1984
Ruapehu College has appointed 14 prefects for the 1 984 academic year. This is two more than previous years but was felt to be justified by the increased school roll and the •alibre of the candidates )ffering themselves. Prefects are elected by the student body of 4th Formers and above and must be 6th and 7th Formers themselves to be eligible. The head boy and head girl are then appointed by the principal on the advice of his staff from those prefects already elected.
