THE OP SHOP
Not for us the plate glass windows With the traffic passing by Ours a lonely backroom Where we cannot see the sky. Not for us the brightened doorway Where the rich go in and out We go down a dirty alley Where the papers blow about. But our stock is wide and varied With colours cool and bright The racks are full of dresses To wearmorning, noonand night. Our display tables are groaning They carry so much weight There's longjohns for your hubbie A bikini for Auntie Kate. Perhaps a little dress or two A bonnet for the babe Youll find we have them all in stock If you come to our arcade. We have some very helpful staff And our prices are so low So do come in and look around And let us take your dough. Advertisement THE OP SHOP open every Friday 9.30-12 noon
