C WTurner Town Clerk OHAKUNE BOROUGH COUNCIL*^ ROAD STOPPING The Ohakune Borough Council at its meeting on 1 April 1 980 passed a resolution tostop the unformed portion of Thames Street for a length of approximately 21 6 metres in a south easterly direction from its intersection with Miro Street, containing an area of 5,163m2 and detailed on SO 33185. Public notification of the Councll's intention to stop the road and other requirements set out in the tenth schedule of the Local Government Act 1974 have since been carried out and no objections to the proposal have been received. Accordingly the Council, by public notice declares that the portion of road previously referred to is stopped and will cease to be public road from the publication of this notice.
