Public notification of the Councll's intention to stop the road and other requirements set out in the tenth schedule of the Local Government Act 1974 have since been carried out and no objections to the proposal have been received. Accordingly the Council, by public notice declares that the portion of road previously referred to is stopped and will cease to be public road from the publication of this notice.
