Turoa Tumblers raised $600 for their travel and equipment fund when they took to the streets of Ohakune and Raetihi with their pig-in-a-barrow raffle prize recently. Some of the money will go towards the expense of sending four Tumbler coaches to New Plymouth in January to attend the National Gymnastics Summer School. Rita Wise of Karioi is the ticket seller.
