Ohakune Election Meeting
A "meet the eandidates" meeting is to be held in Ohakune on Wednesday, 28 y Se,ptember. The venue is the Summit Bar of the Ohakune Hotel and the meeting will commence at 7.30pm chaired by Ohakune Mayor Bill Taylor. Candidates standing for election for the Ohakune Borough Couneil have been asked to attend to answer questions and put forward their election policies. Twelve candidates are contesting nine seats on the Ohakune Borough Couneil so there is expected to be a good turnout for the meeting.
