Army conducts security exercise
Wsecurity exercise lasting several days was hetd recently at ihe NZ Army Training Group Camp at Waiouru. All vehicles and persons entering or leaving ihe camp area were stopped at military checkpoints to have identities checked and reasonsfor visiting ascertained hefore they were allowyd to proceed . Mere a sentry stops Mr and Mrs S. Patterson of ' Wellington who were visiting their son. Lance Corporal Patterson. at presejit serving with the School of Electrical and Mechanical Pngineers at Waiouru.
