Waikune farewells Superintendent

A farewell for Max and Molly Hindmarsh was held in ihe Waikune Officers Club on Saturday 3 September. Max Hindmarsh who has been superintendent of the Waikune Minimum Security Frison since May 1978, is transferring to Rangipo. The evening function was 'thoroughly enjoyable' with music being provided by the National Fark Country Music Club. The new superintendent is Mr Keith Hounslow who comes to Waikune from Wi Tako prison in Trentham, Wellington.
