Young Folk Dancers perform for parents

The Ohakune Primary School held its annual Junior School winter social on Friday evening, 12 August. About 160 pupils from New Entrants to Standard 2 donned fancy dress costumes and enjoyed themsleves entertaining each other as well as their parents and teachers with folk dancing performances (above) and Maori action songs. These young folk dancers are seen with their teacher,Che'ryl Quinn.
