Taha Maori week
The children were involved with flax weaving, language, arts and crafts, breadmaking, a visit to the Pa in Ohakune and the highlight being a hangi lunch on Friday. The week's study was successful with all rooms involved in the activities. Thanks to Alex Holes and his group of instructors and to Mrs Margaret Thompson from Owhango who has been a regular visitor.
