The Gymnasium Management Committee for the new Ruapehu College and Community Gymnasium have decided upon the following rules for the hiring of the gymasium by community clubs: 1; Clubs wishing to use gymnasium on a regular basis will have priority over casual users (with perhaps the exception of the local "Big Occasions.") 2. Clubs will be required to leave a deposit as a surety to cover cost of any damage incurred. ($100) 3. Any damage to building, facilities or equipment must be repaired or replaced as soon as possible at the expense of the user responsible - insurance liability is recommended. 4. ensue if any consistent violation of rules prevails — Clubs are expected to discipline their own members first. Persistent offenders will forfeit their right of use. 6. All users must respect the times of others and only use the gymnasium within the times allocated. 8. Cancellation of use must be made within 28 days. 9. Car parking within allocated areas only. 10.
