With nominations for the Local Authority elections closJ^^on 2 September the following Waimarino County coun^Rors have indicated their intentions.
Bruce Berry/Chairman — undecided at this stage. Conrad Heinold / Vice Chairman — overseas, unavailable for comment. Doug Bennett — putting name forward. Gavin Jones — possiblely standing but still undecided. John Martin — putting
name forward. Alistair McGregor — undecided at this stage. Winstone Oliver — thinks he will be standing again but would be willing to stand down if someone offered to take his place. Malcolm Whale — undecided at this stage.
