Both teams displayed a very tight defence. Top scorers
for Cadets 2: Bates 16, Lepou 14. Junction Ski Shop: Clark 16, Bear 10. A special mention to the young All Stars team. The 6 primary school pupils headed by Mrs Teddy Peddieson, showed a very good full court press, which proved a difficult task for Cedar Women, who came back in the last few minutes to bridge the gap by 17-16. Top scorers were Cedar: R. Te Huia 10. All Stars: Tania Hibbard 6. Thanks go to Mr Graeme Page from Taumarunui who is offering his services to assist and help the Association with refereeing. A theory discussion evening will be held during the next three weeks, contact Bubs Hibbard 241 for details. Just a reminder: the following are due — registrations, uniforms.
