So far "about twenty" nominations have been received for the forthcoming election to the Waiouru Community Advisory Committee, said committee secretary, Peter Bright, last week. "The response has been very good so far and all five Wards are now represented by at least one nomination
but we would still like more to get an even spread," "said Peter Bright. The Committee which aims: i . To provide a public forum for community problems. 2. To provide advice and promote the needs of the community and 3. To represent the community at meetings outside Waiouru where community interests
are involved, invites nominations for the forthcoming elections. Nomination forms can be obtained from the Secretary, Peter Bright, at the Community Health Centre in Waiouru. Nominations close on Monday 8 August.
