Another new business venture is soon to open in Ohakune 's main street. Situated at 27 Clyde Street 'Pastime' will addyet another dimension to the range of merchandise available in Ohakune by offering for sale antiques and second-hand furniture as well as various items of bric-a-brac. The three partners in the new business are, left to right, Paula van der Meer, Julie Franklin and Sven Elfstrom, who are seen getting the premises (formerly a fruit and vegetable shop) ready for next month's opening. They will be buying and selling locally but they will also be travelling to other centres to attend auctions and make purchases to extend their range.
