Tangihna Survey District. iO'UBLTC NOTICE is hereby given that it ft- is the intention of the Hobson County Council under the provisions of ‘The Public Works Act 1882 ‘ and 1 The Public Works Act 1882 Amendment Act 1889 ‘ to Stop a portion of a road lying between Sections No 2 (Thomas O'Carroll) 3a (Erancis o‘Carroll) 6a (David James o‘Carroll) and 10 (Ihomas o‘Carroll) of Block 111 Tangihua Survey District and a portion of another road lying between said Sections No 3a (Francis O-Carroll) and 6a (David James O‘Carroll) and to open up another road in lieu thereof. ROAD STOPPED. | PUBLIC notice is hereby given that in pursuance of the powers conferred upon every County Council by : The Public Works Act 1882 ’ and the amendments thei'eto the Council of Tlobson County have by resolution declared that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereunder shall be Stopped and the land owners on both sides of such road having given their consent in writing to such stoppage of the said portion of such road, therefore notice is hereby given that hereafter and for ail time the said portion of such road shall cease to be a Public Highway SCHEDULE All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood 131 perches situated in the Parish of Arapohue and being a portion of road line 100 links wide lying to the North East of the North Western portion of Section No 27 of the said Parish as the same is more particularly delineated and coloured green upon a plan registered in the Survey Office at Auckland A.
