Distance, one mile RULES AND REGULATIONS All races will be run and the meeting held ■abject to the Rules'of the North Auckland Racing Association. All protests, complaints, and objeetions shall bs determined by the Stewards, whose decision shall (subject, however, to appeal as provided by the Rules of the North Auckland Racing Association) be final and shall not be questioned in any court. The Secretary shall decline to receive any nomination or acceptance unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. Every protest, complaint, or objection must he accompanied by a deposit of lsov, which sum will be forfeited if such protest, objection, or complaint be not sustained. No bookmaker or other person shall bet or lay odds or offer to bet or lay odds, as a bookmaker, ou the course or on or in any stand, paddock, or enclosure, or other place in the occupation of the Club, unless duly authorised in writing hy the Secretary. The sum of lsov will he charged for each such authority in writing. Any person offending against this Rule will be expelled from the grounds. The Stewards may alter the order of events in the programme. Five per cent of gross winnings of each owner will be deducted for the expenses of the course Age, pedigree, and performances of horses must be stated in nomination. Colours to be worn by riders must be stated on or before the 23rd December, and owners failing to do so will be compelled to run in colours entered by the See** retary on their behalf. Any horse at any other meeting winning a handicap on the flat of or axceeding 20sovs in value after the declaration of weights will be required to carry a penalty of 71b in all flat handicaps. DATES of NOMINATION & ACCEPTANCE Post entries for the Hack Race close with the Secretary on the course. Nominations for all Races will close with tho Secretary at Kopuru ou WEDS JiSDAT 13th December, it 9p m. Weights for races will he declared cm SATURDAY 16th December.
