In pursuance of ‘ The Electoral Act, 1893 ’ I, Robert Mair, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Marsden, do hereby, give notice that, by virtue of a writ bearing date the THIRTEENTH (13th) DAY OF "NOVEMBER, 1893, under the band of the Clerk of ihe Writs, an Election will be held for the return of ONE qualified Person to servo as member for the said District, and that the latest day for receiving Nominations of Candidates will be the TWENTIETH (20th) DAY OF NOVEMBER 1893, and that the Poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several Polling places of the said District on the TWENTY- EIGHTH (28th) DAY OF NOVEMBER 1893.
