PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that it Is the intention of the Body corporate called “ The Chairman, Councillors and Inhabitants of the Hobson County” under the provisions of “ The Public Works Act 1882 ” and" The Public Works Act 1882 Amendment Act 1889 ” to STOP a road traversing through the North Western portion of Section No 16 of the parish of Arapohue (the property of Robert Boyd) and to open up another road in lieu thereof. A Plan ef the road intended to be STOPPED (coloured green) and of the road to be opened (coloured pink) will be open to public inspection at the Council Chambers, Aratapu, and at the Post Office Mititai for four weeks fromthe date hereof. All objections to the Stopping of the aforesaid roaa must be in writing and left at the Council Chambers Aratapu within the four weeks aforesaid, HORACE HAMMOND.
