We have evidently not yet gathered sufficient experience to ensure the regularity of our supplement, for our supplies for this day’s issue have not yet arrived. They were despatched from Wellington on August 9th, by the IST, Z. Express Com pany, but evidently express speed in this country is not sufficient to cover 400 miles in nine days.
