REGULATIONS FOR THE TOKA TOKA CEMETERY, NORTHERN WAIROA, PROVINCIAL DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND. ■* ’ 11 A T any of the members have power to call a meeting of the Trustees upon giving notice in writing to the other members, or leaving the same at their place of abode, three days before such meeting be held. Such notice to specify time, place, and business of meeting. RULES FOtl INTERMENTS. 1. That the exclusive right of burial in any plot of ground in the Cemetery be purchasable at the rate of Two Shillings and Sixpence per square yard, payable at the time of the selection of the site, 2. That no burial plot shall be less than 9 feet in depth nor containing less than 4 square yards, namely 9 feet by 4 feet. 3. That no person shall hold more than eight such plots 4. Persons not desirous of purchasing the exclusive right of burial may cause, burials to take place by payment to the Secretary of the Trustees of the sum of Ten Shillings for each interment, in addition to the usual burial fees. 5. Applicants for burial plots, exclusive or otherwise, may select any plot on application to the Secretary, or any person duly authorised, who is hereby empowered to mark off the same on payment of the sum fixed by the regulations. 6. Each plot shall be staked off at the four corners with durable stakes, at least one foot above the level of the ground, and such plot so marked off shall be numbered. 7. The holders of any plots of burial ground shall observe such rules, with regard to enclosing, fencing, and decent maintenance of the same, as shall from time to time be laid down by the Trustees. 8. The top of any coffin deposited in any part of the Cemetery shall not be less than : For Stillborn Infants, 2 feet 6 inches; for children up to 10 years of age, 4 feet ; and for all above ten years of age, 5 feet below the natural level of the soil. 9. All graves shall bo dug by some person duly appointed by the Trustees. 10. Scale of charges for burying : Stillborn infants, os ; Infants up to 10 years of age, 10s; persons ten years of age and upwards. 15s, 11. My wife, who had suffered for several days and used several other remedies unsuccessfully, was cured by your Abdol in a few moments Since then I have recommended it to several other people with the same success, so that I can highly recommend to all sufferers of toothache.’
