I ROBERT McDONALD, claim to be the j owner of the red cow with white dash on forehead and spotted about the flank, now in Mr Northwood’s paddock, but as the cow is unbranded and my claim disputed I hereby wgree to give any person proving the cow to be his the sum of (£2) two pounds as well as the possession of the animal.
