KOPURU DOM AIR BOARD
The first meeting of the recently constituted Kopuru Domain Boaid (comprising the members of the Hobson County Council) was held at the Council Chambers on Wednesday . The Board has been created to control the sandhill reserves at the West Coast of the Kopuru Biding. Mr T. Bassett was voted to the chair. it was then resolved that Mr M. Cobbald be appointed ‘Chairman of the Board, and Mr H. Hammond Secretary and Treasurer. Also that the ordinary meetings of the Board be held bn the second Wednesday in each month at 10.15 a.m. Resolved that Mr Uuderwood and others who have not yet paid rent for houses erected at the coast be informed that if payment of arrears be not made the Board will enter into possession of the houses.
