The Registrar of Electors for the Bay of Islands district has issued notices to several persons informing them of his in tention to remove their names from the Electoral Roll. The reason given in many cases is non residence in the district. Those who are still in the land of the living and resident in the ele:toral district will do well to at once communicate with the ‘ Registrar of Electors, Kawakawa ’ informing him of the fact and asking him to have their names retained. Others will find it necessary to make application to have their names transferred to the Marsden Roll owing to the recent change in the boundaries of distr.cts. Those whose names are not registered can obtain forms on application to the Registrar as above.
