HOBSON county. Notice of Resolution making a Special Order to make a By-Law. J3UBLIC NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of ‘-The Counties Act 1886” that at aSpecial Meeting of the Hobson County Council held at the Council Chambers, Aratapu, on Wednesday the eleventh day of May 1592 a resolution was adopted to make by Special Order a By-law to apply to the whole County and to be called “ By-Law No. 5 of Hobson County, ’ the object of the same oeitig To regulate the width of tires to be used by all vehicles in proportion to the weight of the load whether plying for hire or not within the County on unmetalled roads between the first day of May and the first day of November in any one year. The said resolution will be confirmed at a meeting- of the said Council to be held at the Council Chambers, Aratapu, on the loth day of Juno 1592. A copy of the said Special Order and Bylaw being- deposited at the office of the Council at Aratapu shall be open to the inspection of the public at the said office during office hour's from this date until the loth day of June 1592. HOBSON COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE. NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Hobson County Council, under theprovisions of “The Public Works Act 1 882,” and “The Public Works AetslSS2 Amendment Act 1889 ” to STOP portions of roads between Sections 45 and S. E. Pt 67 Parish of Arapohue Sections 68 arid Jo S W and SM. of 47 Arapohue Parish, Sections 68 and N W pt 47 Arapohue Parish, and Section N M pt, of 47 and S M and N W portions of 47 Arapohue Parish and to open up another road in lieu thereof. A plan of the portions of roads intended to be STOPPED, (coloured green) and of tire road to be opened will be on view at the Council Chambers, Aratapu, and at the Post Office Mititai, for four weeks from the date hereof. Ail objections to the STOPPING-of the aforementioned portions of roads must be in writing and left at this office within the four weeks aforesaid.
