APRIL TO NOVEMBER, 1887 IN WHICH IT WILL BE SEEN THAT TiTi! t; sheep dippiw g if. »e icl of MURTON’S INVENTION Proved itself SUPERIOR in each of the qualities for which the points were awarded, and was placed FIRST in the Competition. Mr R. Harding, Hawke’s Bay, wrote -,—l used your Dip for my Mount Vernon flock last year, and 1 have no hesitation hi saying that it is the best Dip I have ever used. We dipped in April last and have just finished shearing now. The flock is entirely free from lice aud almost clear of ticks. The Dip is the easiest to mix with coldwater of any Dip I have used, and leaves less stain on the wool. / intend to use your Dip entirety next season, not only here, but at all the stations in-which lam interested Another severe test by Jas. Wallace, Esq., Papatoitoi, Auckland, October 3rd, ISOO. I have used Murton's Sheep Dip and have proved it to be most efficient in destroying both lice and ticks. The sheep have since mixed -with others infected (-with vermin) and show no signs of lice or ticks though eight ■months ago, proving all that is claimed for the Dip, I would recommend all sheepfarmers to try it, and feel certain they will be satisfied with results. (Signed) JAS, WALLACE, Papatoitoi. I tried Murton’s Sheep Dip supplied on 400 ewes and lambs that were badly affected with lico. I found one dipping of the strength recommended to be quite sufficient, and am pleased to state that I consider it a very superior Dip, very simple to mix. E. R. CL iUDE, Papatoitoi, Nov. 10th, 1891. Mr J. Hendry.—ln confirmation of my report on Murton’s Sheep Dip last year. I have much pleasure in informing you that I have just finished shearing 700 full toothed ewes (employing the same Dip). I find the yield of wool considerably increased, and not a single tick was discovered in the whole flock. (Signed) F. R. CLAUDE. Wairoa Agent, JOHN STALLWORTHY, Aratapu. Agent for North Island, J. T.
