DUNEDIN WOOL SALE.
ENCOURAGINGLY KEEN. INDICATIONS OF FIRM: PRICES. DUNEDIN, March 7. The third wool sale of the season commenced to-night. There was a full bench of buyers representative of the trade. The sale was encouragingly keen throughput, the Continent buying heavily. From the prices realised tonight it is more than likely that late values will be exceeded in some classes of wool, but prices generally will be well maintained. There is a good demand for fine crossbreds and fine pieces. The sale will be concluded to-morrow. -(P.A.)
