SHORT LIST OF CASES FOR hearing. The half-yearly sitting of the Supremo Court at Masterton will commenee at 9.30 a.m. on Thursday morning. His Honour Mr. Justice Reed will preside. The following ca’ses are set down for hearing: CIVIL CASES. Wishart v. Public Trustee as administrator estate, claim £275 ss. for board and lodging and nursing. P. Hamill v. Wellington Diocesan Board of Trustees, a motion to act aside or vary award under arbitration. DIVORCE CASES. M. M. Shutkowski v. J. M- Shutkowski, petition for dissolution on grounds of alleged adultery (appearance only filed). G. Manihera v. W. Manihera, motion for decree absolute, with custody of child. P. J. G. Hopkins v. V. It. Hopkins, motion for decree absolute, with custody of children. IN BANKRUPTCY. ’ Arthur Munns, motion for direction as to disposal of assets. Re William J. O’Meara, request for public examination of bankrupt. As no criminal cases are sQt down for hearing, His Honour will be presented with a pair of white gloves, following time-honoured custom.
