ANTI-LEAGUE TACTICS.
THE SOVIET AND LATVIA. {Received Sunday 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, March 5. It is learned that the Soviet is hastening the conclusion of a non-ag-gression pact with Latvia in Latvia’s own terms. The Soviet’s aim, is to strengthen Russe-Latvian relations, correspondingly enfeebling Latvia’s connection with the League of ‘Nations. —(A. and N.Z.)
