Intending exhibitors at the Masterton Horticultural Society’s autumn show are reminded that entries close definitely this evening at 9 pm. Special mention Is inaas in the January Merit List of the New Zealand Friesian Association of the production of milk and butterfat by the winner of the first New Zealand Friesian Derby, Coldstream Pontiac Wayne, now owned by Mr. O. A. Cadwallader, of Carterton. This animal gave during her first thirty-one days on test in December 91.351 lbs. of fat and in January 94.18 lbs. of fat.
