MEMBER OF PARTY RESIGNS. COMPLETE DIFFERENCE. LONDON, February 28. Dr. Haden Guest, M.P., for North Southwark, has resigned from the Labour Party. In a statement he said: ‘‘Aly immediate reason is a complete and fundamental difference of opinion regarding the Labour amendment concerning China. I discussed the matter with the local executive, but could not reach a compromise.
