THE UNLOADING OF SHIPS. (Received Tuesday, 7 p.m.), ROTTERDAM, February 28. The International Transport Workers’ Federation, including Britain, Germany, France, Belgium, Holland, Denmark, and Norway passed a resolut.on urging that only harbour workers be allowed to unload vessels, thereby preventing seamen performing harbour duties.—(A. ami N.Z.).
