ROAD CROSSINGS. There will be three Royal Trains,— Pilot Royal and Emergency. No road vehicle wm be permitted to pass over the Railway Line at Level Crossings for five minutes before the Pilot Train is due. and until the Royal Train is absolutely clear of the Crossing. Traffic may then be allowed to cross the Line up to five minutes before the Emergency Train is due.
