Masterton. —Mr. R. Brown reported at 9 a.m. yesterday: —Barograph 30.14, little movement. Shade temperature, Maximum 73.2, minimum 41.6; terrestrial, 34.4; bright sunshine, 9hrs 50min.
Present indications are for increasing northerly winds and cloudy unsettled weather with rain probable in many parts of the country. Barometer unsteady with a falling tendency.
