MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
CIVIL CASES. Judgment for plaintiffs, by default, was given in the following undefended cases in the Masterton Magistrate's -Court yesterday morning by Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M.:— Thomas Bosyth v J. Burling, £8 Os Cd. B. Johns v W. Barker, £6 5s Bd. Krahagen and Chapman v Stanley H. Ashton, £1 10s.F., R. Bridges v R. W. Perry, £8 Is lid. William Wilkinson v H. E. Hickson, £6 Is 9d. C. S. Graham v Alfred Roy Cottle, £35 15s. T. McNamara was ordered to pay a debt to J. Jolly and Co., Martinborough, in default eleven days’ imprisonment.
T. McNamara was ordered to pay a debt to Lyttle and C0.,-.in defaul 13 days’ imprisonment. C. McCormack was ordered to pay a debt owing to Dr. Moser, at the rate tof 10s a week, in default five days' imprisonment.
*N. F. Dorset, apprentice motor mechanic, was proceeded against by Sybil Goodwin to recover £l3O owing in connection with damages awarded in a /•ourt case in which judgment debtor was found guilty of negligent riding of a motor cycle. The judgment debtor was ordered to pay the debt at the rate of 10s a week, in default 30 days' imprisonment. •
