FROM NEW SOUTH WALES LABOUR PARTY. CAUCUS DECISION. (Received Mondav, 10.40 p.m.) SYDNEY, February 14. The Parliamentary Labour caucus decided that the red element, composed of Communists and other extremists connected with that cult, should be excluded from the Labour movement.— (P.A.)*
