Miss Elna Russell has joined the staff of tho Lansdowne School as probationer. A Nelson message reports the dearth of Mrs. Magivnity, widow of the Hon. A. T. Maginnity. Miss Joaot MeMaster, formerly of the Wairarapa High School and now at the Epsom Girls’ Grammar School, distinguished herself in tho Noveiubei and December examinations by gaining a pass in tho matriculation examination and by obtaining a senior national scholarship.
