Reported Capture of Viha. % (By Electric Telegraph.-—Copyright.) (Amatralian-N.Z. Cable Association.) LONDON, March 28. According to the Echo de Paris, the Bolsheviks have captured Vilna. BOLSHEVIK SUCCESS. CAPTURE OF NOVOROSSISK. Received Last Night, 11.50 o'clock. LONDON, March 29. The War Office reports that the Bolsheviks captured Novorossisk on Saturday. Before the entry of the Soviet troops the British authorities evacuated a large number of families, officers, wounded, and others who would otherwise have been exposed to reprisals by the Reds. General Deniken refused to consider an armistice, and would not avail himself of British aid, but embarked on a Russian destroyer when the evacuation was complete. There was some rearguard fighting between General Deniken's troops and the Bolsheviks during the final stages of the evacuation. ~ The British- Mission, however, embarked intact in safety.
