AN IMPORTANT CAPTURE. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Aufltmlian-N.Z. Cable Association.j Received Last Night, 11.35 o'clock. WASHINGTON, March 3t5. The State Department announces that information has been received from Riga stating that a Soviet courier has been captured carrying documents signed by Zinoviev and urging the American Communist party to overthrow the bourgeoisie. The courier was en route to the United States with documents, which stated that it was necessary that the American Federation of Labour be dissolved, and thfj Communist party established in closest relation with tho I.W.W. and One Big Union.,
