DANNEVIRKE SALE.

The Wairarapa Farmers' report or their Dannevirke stock sale, held lasl Friday, as follows:—We submitted i heavy yarding of all classes of sheep, also large entry of cattle. The de mand for sheep was well up to recent sales, and with the exception of twc pens we quitted the whole of our yard iag of 4121 sheep under the hammei at very satisfactory prices. Cattk were not in demand, and prices rei alised were well in favour ofithe buyer, however vendors were in the mood to meet the market, and wc effected a very fair clearance of the bulk of our entry.
