PECULIAR DEATH
(By Telegraph—Press AM<mmt!on.) DUNEDIN, Last Night. .' The seventeen-month-old son of John Ferguson, of Lambeth Epad, North Dunodin, died in the hospital last night after an unsuccessful operation to remove kapok from his windpipe. It appears that the child fell among a quantity of kapok, some of which got. into the air passage. An (inquest was opened this afternoon, and adjourned till to-morrow.
