A WILL CASE

DECISION RESERVED,

A case, Oliver v. Matson and others, an application for an order interpreting a will, was before His Honour the Chief ■ Justice \n the Supreme Court, Masterton, yesterday. Messrs R. It. Burridge, A. B'ss, qjid H. C. Robinson were counsel representing various members of the Oliver and Tait families, who are intertested in the will. A codic'l to the will referred to the increasing of the legacy to Selina Matson. Lengthy legal argument took place as to the construction to be put upon the, intention of the will, at the conclusion of which His Honour intimated "that he would forward his decision at a later date.
