UNBEE THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS ACT, 1908; SPECIAL ORDER FOR CLOSING ,- OF STREETS. rpAKE NOTICE that' a Meeting of the Masterton Borough Council will bo held at the Council Chambers, Chapel Street, on Tuesday, the 20th day of April, 1920, at 7.30 p.m., at which meeting will be brought forward for confirmation the following resolutions passed at a Special Meeting of the Council on the fifteenth day of March, 1920, viss.!— THAT, in pursuance of the powers vested in it. by the Municipal Corpora tions Act, 1908, and its Amendments, to close streets ,the Masterton Borough Council hereby, by Special Order, resolves to close the whole of.Mary Street, in the Borough of Masterton, from the commencement thereof at Victoria Street to the termination thereof at Villa Street. THAT, in pursuance of the powers vested in it by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and its Amendments, to close streets, the Masterton Borough Council hereby, by Special Order, resolves to close Donald Street, in the Borough of Masterton, from the commencement thereof at Cockburn Street to the intersection thereof by Short Street.
