TO-DAY'S WEATHER
The Rev. D. C. Bates wired as follows last night:—The Barometer has ' risen since last night, and moderate to strong south-west winds have predominated. Cool and changeable weather Ims prevailed generally, with scattorcd showers in districts •with westerly aspects. Present indications are for moderate to strong southerly to westerly winds, and fair to cloudy weather generally, but changeable and showery conditions are probable in the West Coast and southern districts. The barometer has a rising tondoncy.
