Tho Prime Minister (Right Hon. W. F. Massey) will celebrate his sixtyfourth b : rthday on Friday next. Mr Massey continues to make good progress, but, although he is able to transact, «i certain amount of public business at the hospital, ho is not expected to be fully at work again until after Easter.
